Role of a Scrum Master vs Project Manager :
The Project Manager role has been a critical role in the success of a project while executing using the waterfall approach. More and more organizations adopting agile project management based on Scrum and Scrum doesn’t have a project manager role. However, Scrum has a role called Scrum Master and many believe Scrum Master is similar to the project manager. Is it really true or both have no relation? Can we have both on the same project or job of project manager become irrelevant in Agile Scrum?
Impact Mapping to Develop a customer-centric product :
Impact mapping combines mind mapping and strategic planning to help a team explore what behaviors they should try to build in the project in order to reach a particular objective. Teams use impact maps to discuss assumptions, align with organizational objectives and goals, and develop greater focus in their projects by delivering only the things that lead directly to achieving organizational objectives. This also reduces extraneous activities. Impact mapping helps in developing a customer-centric product backlog.

How to use these events to maximize the value of a product is the key takeway for this session.
Agility in Human Resources
Up until recently, Agile dominated the software industry. Over the years, however, Agile has become the new gold standard in both IT and non-IT industries. The cross-sectoral reach of Agile has one goal- creating more value for the customers. In the ever-dynamic and competitive market, organizations are keener on delivering better products and services compared to their contenders. The most recent uptick in Agile has been its widespread application in the Human Resource sector. An increasing number of HR professionals are exploring all means to improve organizational adaptability and manage volatility with Agile. The trend has been more common in the Fortune 2000 companies, where scaling Agile efforts is a clear mandate. The HR and recruitment professionals in such organizations are considering Agile to streamline their talent-management processes.
Writing Meaningful User Story
Let’s explore what is 3 C of a user story and how it helps? What we need to INVEST every story to keep it ready before sprint planning and who does that? In this session, I am going to explore the A to Z of the user story to help learners do their job better that results in a meaningful product. A user story is not a part of Scrum but almost every team uses this term so what’s make it so special. Come and join with all your questions and I will try answering all of them during this session.

Managing IT Operation with Kanban
Kanban is a workflow management framework that visualizes your work, improves it, and maximizes efficiency. In the Kanban framework, the work items are visually represented on a Kanban board. With Kanban boards, your team members can see the state of flow of work at any time. While Kanban methodology can allow small evolutionary and incremental changes to the current work process, it lets you improve the product or service delivery gradually. You can get faster feedback to make any changes to the product or service.
